05 Jun | Day 38 – Portfolio Value £7,345 Up £956 On The Day
And that, ladies and gentlemen is a lovely day’s work! Not that I can take any credit for it. In fact I skimmed the top of small part of our ReneSola holdings at £1.72, when it had 25 pence more left in it, so what do I know?
I said yesterday that we could be heading for new ground with ReneSola since we’d busted out over recent resistance around the 140 pence mark, but to be knocking at the door of two quid already is crazy business. But that’s where ReneSola ended up – north 43.50 pence or 28% on the day – so lead me to the asylum.
Why so high? Well there’s still no news from Company HQ, but someone must know something. I mentioned rising oil prices in an earlier post but the black stuff alone can’t be responsible for such a massive one day rise. U.S. jobs data out today? Had an effect on the dollar but can’t see a correlation with ReneSola.
So I guess I’ll just have to chalk it down to good ol’ market forces (the miscellaneous file).
Thanks for dropping by, have a great weekend.
